Lindsey Gordon is a registered nurse with more than 13 years of experience, most of it in psychiatric and behavioral health care. As Nursing Supervisor, she leads our nursing team and makes sure every resident gets safe, compassionate medical care.

Lindsey has worked with adolescents for much of her career. She served as Nurse Manager for a 40-bed adolescent residential program, supervising 20 direct-care staff, and has also worked as a nurse in a teen mental health program and as a school nurse. Her experience also covers inpatient psychiatric care, co-occurring disorder treatment, and detox. Her strengths include psychiatric assessment, medication management, crisis de-escalation, and trauma-informed care. She works closely with therapists, providers, and families so each resident’s physical and emotional needs are addressed together.

Lindsey earned her BSN, cum laude, from Texas Christian University, with a minor in psychology. She is certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, BLS, and ACLS.
