Brookelynn Styles

Brookelynn is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and life transitions. Her clinical and professional experience includes behavioral health, crisis intervention, case management, and services for youth with histories of trauma, foster care involvement, substance use, and other mental health concerns.

Brookelynn takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relationship-centered approach to her work. She is passionate about creating spaces where clients feel safe, heard, valued, and empowered to participate in their own healing. Her practice draws from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and motivational interviewing principles.

Brookelynn is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they develop their identities, strengthen relationships, navigate transitions, and build lives that reflect their values. She believes meaningful change begins with connection and that every client brings strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth into the therapeutic process.
